Exceptional Result for William Larr and Ali Vaqar

William Larr and Ali Vaqar successfully obtained an alternative writ commanding the trial court to vacate its order denying the motion for protective order filed on behalf of AMC’s client and to enter a new order granting the motion.  The motion sought to protect hundreds of privileged documents improperly sought by opposing counsel from a third party, who was also an agent of the client covered by the privilege and had access to the privileged materials solely in that capacity.
