Aria Guilani is a litigation attorney who has diverse and extensive experience representing clients in various real estate, commercial, business, land use, constitutional, and municipal litigation matters. Mr. Guilani approaches each matter with an appreciation for his client’s interests while focusing on fully understanding the core legal issues of each matter to ensure that his clients can reach a beneficial solution in an efficient manner. Mr. Guilani’s practice currently focuses on a variety of real estate and business disputes.

Prior to joining AMC, Mr. Guilani represented various private clients and municipal governmental entities in a variety of commercial, land use, criminal, and real estate disputes. Mr. Guilani received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

In his free time, Mr. Guilani enjoys trying new restaurants throughout Southern California, spending time with his loved ones, writing, and building Legos.
