AMC partners, Elmira R. Howard and Rosa Martinez-Genzon, co-chair the firm’s surety practice group. As recognized leaders in the surety industry, Elmira and Rosa manage AMC’s robust and thriving surety department handling a variety of matters including claims under probate bonds, motor vehicle bonds, construction bonds, and more.
