Successful Prosecution of an anti-SLAPP Motion

Vanessa Widener and Ali Vaqar successfully filed and prosecuted an anti-SLAPP motion that quickly disposed claims filed against AMC’s client.  The ruling confirmed the adverse party had no right, title, claim or interest in the client’s property.  The ruling also granted leave to file a subsequent motion for attorney’s fees and costs and paved the way for the client’s peaceful enjoyment of their property.
