Summary Judgment Victory for AMC’s Real Property Practice Group

AMC’s real property practice group lead by partners Vanessa Widener and Elmira Howard with support of associate Ali Vaqar obtained a significant victory on summary judgment for AMC’s client. In granting summary judgment in favor of AMC’s client, the court found an extinguished junior lien did not reattach to the property let alone reattach with priority over a subsequent bona fide purchaser/encumbrancer.
