Tom Kearney Attended First Annual ALAS Defense Counsel Symposium

Tom Kearney attended the first annual ALAS Defense Counsel Symposium in Dallas, Texas along with ALAS senior claims counsel, other outside defense counsel, and general counsel/loss prevention partners of ALAS assured firms throughout the United States. This excellent program provided insight into current ALAS claims policies, procedures and model forms along with access to informative presentations from, among others, nationally recognized jury and witness consultants.
