Trial Victory for AMC’s Client

After an extended bifurcated court trial on equitable issues surrounding the validity and priority of AMC client’s $2.1 million dollar deed of trust, the AMC trial team of Vanesa Widener, Carleton Burch and Ali Vaqar emerged victorious. AMC was successful in securing a judgment in favor of its client on the Cross-Complaint seeking to impose an equitable lien securing the repayment of the $2.1 million dollar debt.
