Ebony L. Randolph is an associate attorney with various experience working in both Civil and Criminal litigation. Born and raised in Fresno, Ca but moving to Los Angeles at the age of 17 to pursue her career in law, Ebony attended California State University of Los Angeles pursuing her Bachelors in Political Science and Pre-Legal studies. Thereafter, Ebony attended USC to earn her Masters in Social Work and later Southwestern Law School, graduating with her Juris Doctorate containing high distinction for completing over 400 Pro-bono hours. Prior to joining AMC Law, Ebony clerked for the County of Los Angeles Inglewood Public Defender Office, represented clients as a private criminal defense attorney, and practiced civil litigation at reputable civil litigation defense firms. Ebony has defended her clients in insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, criminal defense, premises liability, and general liability. She also worked as a Pro-bono attorney at Harriet Buhai Family Law Center, advocating for victims of Domestic Violence. Ebony has experience from the inception of litigation with preparing for trial and post-judgment motions, including bringing and defended dispositive motions, resolving disputes through early settlement negotiations, law and motion practice, and taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions. Ebony’s practice areas encompass a broad range of complex civil litigation in both state and federal court. Ebony is admitted to practice before all California state courts and before the United States District Court, Northern, Central, Eastern, and Southern District of California.

Outside of practicing law, Ebony spends all of her time with her 5 year old son, being a football and soccer mom, cooking, and binge watching documentaries.
